- @larissa myrie did you purchase your domain from wix or elsewhere? If you bought it from GoDaddy, you need to change some DNS settings on your domain to connect to these services (Wix, Shopify) in order for you to use your own domain. I am not sure why FB and IG won't accept your domain, it might be that the full url is too long or maybe it is bnew that they cannot verify the url. Sometimes they validate the url to avoid spam and if it triggers one of their check, they will block the url.
- I was just wondering, shopify or wix? I started both but am having trouble connecting wix and getting my own domain. instagram and facebook wont let me post the wix link... its all so confusing and also time consuming. thx-lace
