Let's talk about accessibility in the art & design industry

I've been covering a gaming accessibility conference this week and it's got me thinking about accessibility, both in the art and design industry and in more specific areas like The Dots. I've been on this platform a while, and seen many of it's improvements when it comes to jobs and questions, yet I still see ableist language and we're still far off seing work become accessible as studios maintain outdated working practices.

So what do you want to see to make your life as an artist or designer more accessible? How do we make people understand accessibility is more than remote work (not that many people offer that)? How do we make the working world that we know more equitable?
