Position Summary:
As the Business Development Art Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with our goals and values. This role requires a visionary and strategic thinker who can cultivate partnerships across various sectors, negotiate sponsorships, and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our influence and establishing long-lasting connections with industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish partnerships with museums, galleries, art organizations, patrons, and other institutions.
• Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our reach in the art sector.
• Sponsorships & Funding: Secure sponsorships and funding for exhibitions, projects, and initiatives, working closely with patrons and corporate sponsors.
• Relationship Management: Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and institutions, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
• Marketing & Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand partnerships and campaigns that enhance our visibility.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates on business development efforts to assess progress and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in business development within the art, culture, or luxury sectors, with a successful track record in securing partnerships.
• Network: Strong existing relationships within the art and cultural sectors, including museums, galleries, patrons, and corporate sponsors.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement growth strategies that align with our brand’s vision and long-term objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals.
• Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven approach, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
