Looking for comedy writers, performers, producers, directors to collaborate for video, TV, stage.
I am a film and TV writer director. But lately it is my comedy performing that seems to be getting more traction.
Since the pandemic I've been making satirical comedy videos and live shows. Didnt think it was going to be anything more than killing time in lockdown, but circumstances had other ideas.
My stuff got shared around and now I'm working with a broadcaster and a big TV company on a scripted TV series. Crap that happened fast and was scary! Now I want to explore a lot more, build experience on stage and on camera, and make new creative relationships with others who like to work with funny.
My work sits somewhere between comedy and performance art. I like to use humour topics I care about and reveal new perspectives. My work can have a little edge, but I am keen to explore what comes from collaborating with others.
Interested to meet a few new people and see what we might want to create. At this point I am open minded.
FYI this is not a paid job, just looking for others to connect with.
