Looking for creatives to interview for an article about networking and online connections

Hi! I’m a writer working on a piece about online connections: networking and collaboration created in the virtual sphere. The article is aimed at exploring the idea of networking; how important is it; and how it has changed in recent years, with a focus on digital connections.
I'm looking for creatives from different industries to interview for the article. If that sounds intresting to you, please leave me a message. thanks!

  • Intruiging indeed! I've been working from remote for 25 years now, on everything from Vis fx to full productions. I have some clients I have never met in person! feel free to message me.
  • Hi Shelly,

This sounds really interesting - over lockdown I collaborated with a wide museum network completely virtually to curate two exhibitions which were held digitally and physically!

  • Ciao, I’m a freelance illustrator and designer from Italy.

Networking has always been very important for me, especially because here in Rome it is much more important to do it in person, in fact I had founded the Roman chapter of Ladies, Wine & Design. With the covid, everything went a bit on standby. As a virtual networking I can share experiences with the intersectional feminist collective of illustrators Tuttx Collective.

  • In-person networking had been my primary source for freelance design work for almost 20 years until Covid walked in and squashed it all. Online networking is helpful but produces only a fraction of quality results.

  • I'm a recent film grad using networking to get my first on-set roles. I'd be happy to help if that's what you're looking for :)
