Looking for diversity and inclusion (ED&I) support to build your future talent, internal development or corporate sustainability work?

I am a former charity CEO that specialises in helping leading companies (Endemol Shine, Cisco, Salesforce, Google, M&G Investment et. al) build their education outreach programmes and campaigns and developing or extending ED&I schemes with a specialism in social mobility barriers and supporting those from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds thrive in top careers.

I have helped companies reach and effectively engage young people and schools across the UK and internationally through work experience, apprenticeships, graduate schemes and career access schemes (women in leadership; BAME/BIPOC progression). Working with both C-suite offices and delivery teams directly, I help companies align their talent needs with their social responsibility agenda, creating practicable yet still innovative and disruptive approaches to build their commitment to diversity, inclusion and level the playing field for access to the industry.

I have also advised on and supported teams in designing internal D&I culture and inclusive leadership for organisations, changing how they talk about, lead and showcase their diversity, to drive culture transformation and team belonging. As a senior executive, I have led these initiatives with my own organisations in dynamic start-ups with cross-functional teams and challenging remote team issues.

I am currently taking on strategy and project roles, as well as considering full-time roles in this space, having recently focused on the Covid-19 response work.

If your department or company is looking for a practical review, project management or support designing your next ambitious programme in this space, or want to understand how this work is being approached across industry, I would love to discuss how I can help.

Please feel free to reach out!
