- Make sure you have a portfolio online that's slick, impressive, varied and kept up to date. If you don't have the work to show, find a campaign you like and create the next four executions on the same strategy.Find out who's hiring (loads of online recruiters) and approach specialist headhunters like Source, The Industry Club etc. There are jobs out there.
