As the host, you'll lead powerful conversations on:
➡️ In-depth interviews with Black/ethnic minority food entrepreneurs sharing their unique journeys
And as the social media manager, you'll be responsible for:
➡️ Crafting engaging posts pormoting all things Food Sauce Media, Spill the Beans etc
➡️ Amplifying the voices and stories of underrepresented food and drink founders

- Audrey (below) sent me your post. I am a podcast presenter / interviewer who has had a really interesting and exciting food journey triggered by allergies to animal products so I embraced foods from other nations & cultures. I spent a lot of time talking to & learning from initially Rastafarians, Buddhist and Hindus. I realised to find foods that would heal me and keep me healthy I had to look outside of Western culture. I am so passionate about food now and what is on offer in the UK. I would love to make a podcast highlighting the journey of the entrepreneurs who have brought these foods to life for people of all dietary desires. On s personal level I am so grateful otherwise I wouldn't be able to eat out whether it be street food or restaurant.I am good with social media both IG & X and have a decent portfolio of client work. I am a photographer & stylist so can create the Social Content myself. I have a degree in Songwriting so write engaging snappy copy and would be delighted to produce a jingle as I am doing an MA in Music Production.
