Looking for someone that has experience with music production libraries/sync/publishing to hire.

I'm in the middle of setting up a library and I'm in need of someone with experience of music libraries/sync/publishing to write accurate and key word specific track descriptions for each piece of music.
This could be someone that has worked for music libraries, or a composer that has experience with sync, or even just someone that knows how to articulate music well!
The library is all of my own compositions and there are currently 400+ songs to process.
This would be somewhat an ongoing thing.
