- Wait until you can afford it. Either that, or write, write, write to design agencies seeking a junior studio position and start from the bottom. There is no quick fix to do it properly.
- @Josie Jackson hi josie, I got mine from walking around the city and got very lucky with the a cv at a printing company but I do believe the government website support people finding apprenticeships and list available ones
- @Amy Chiniara is it a bachelor ?
- @Harry Welford hi, what companies offer this?
- There's a graphic design package course (can be free or paid) on Coursera
- @Kerrie Donaghue Thank you so much !!
- @Jakub Jezovic Perhaps we could connect and discuss it ?
- @Harry Welford unfortunately I’m an international student and it is pretty difficult to get one...
- Hi Thierry,Have you looked in to the apprenticeship route? I did that myself a few years ago and it has worked wonders for me allowing you to get the training and work you need.
- You can be a graphic designer without a degree. There is a lot of free content out there. You can start with The Futur channel on YouTube and learn a ton.
- Shillington run a competition for a free or heavily discounted scholarship. Here is a link to their site :)https://www.shillingtoneducation.com/uk/
