Parents, what do you think? The Story of Warrior Worrier

I created a kid’s mental health storybook on my mat leave and have released it this Mental Health Awareness Week.

Warrior Worrier is about the bravest soldier in all the land but nobody knows of the secret woes in this worrying Worrier’s world.

It encourages children to talk openly about their worries and refreshes the traditional male hero.
We’re hoping the book is used as a conversation starter for parents and kids and normalise talking about worries.

It’s for under 8s and I’d love to hear if parents would find it useful with their little ones? We’re also going to be speaking with a mental health coach specialising in children’s well-being on July 4th on our insta - what would be the most useful areas of conversation in that session for parent?

You can see more of the book here and all profits are being donated to children’s charity YoungMinds this MHAW: WarriorWorrier.com

And follow our journey and join the live on our insta here:

Thank you!
