Project managers, do you include a product spec in your high level plans or as a first phase of the project?

- Yes a highlevel overview of the product, I put the detailed specifications in the appendix
- Usually a high-level overview goes into my business case for the main stakehdders and project sponsor. I would normally include an overview and a comparison against other solution in the text, but also include technical specs in appendices.
