We’re looking for a senior UX/UI designer to join us for a super exciting project, ideally starting next week and running for a few months
Things that we’re looking for in the ideal candidates (get in touch if this is you!):
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma
- Ability to create well structured design systems using Figma
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Ability to create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes on Figma
- Proficiency in visual design, including layout, typography, color theory, and iconography
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and designing inclusive user interfaces
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders
- Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Ability to work closely with developers to implement designs
