What are people’s thoughts on renting out office space for graphic designer/illustrator?
I could make a home office but it would mean getting rid of our spare bedroom, but i don't find myself being motivated at home?
I've looked at a few offices, one near by is quite dark and hot, at £240 per month for a small office or £85 per month for a hot desk and business address.
The other is a 30 minute bus journey away at £200 for a smaller office and £95 for a hot desk but is brighter, more modern and has more networking opportunities.
Especially with the currant climate, I'm not sure how important it is to find an external office considering I'm fairly new to my career, but in my head it seems like a great investment. Does anyone have any experience with this?

- I would do some research into the other indivudals / companies that opperate in the same facitlity. Is it a possibility you could offer your design services to them?

- @Lucas Iemini that’s a good point. I think I’m going to make it a goal for when I can comfortably afford it without it being stressful!
