What do you think is the most important attribute for a creative to have?
For a long time I've believed that listening above all else is fundamental to creativity, and today that belief was bolstered by this beautiful quote.
"Listening is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force. The friends who listen to us are the ones we move toward."
In my experience, when we truly listen to others and allow them to unfold and expand, we create an environment of openness and acceptance that fosters creativity. Whether it's in the workplace or in our personal lives, listening deeply to others is not only an act of kindness, but also a powerful tool for driving innovation and growth.
