What is a fair freelance day rate, for a Senior designer working for a retail company within their in-house design department? (London)

- A lot of freelance retail jobs don't really have levels - you often get paid a set rate whether your a mid-weight/senior/lead because the work can be fairly easy & repetitive. So if they haven't specified senior in the job description it could be as low as £240 per day (outside IR35) if it's through an agent.If they've booked you privately and said they want a senior it should be a lot more - like £350 as below!
