What's everyone think of this poster design for my new short film? And any suggestions on how to improve it?
The short film is a thriller titled Hound, you can follow it at @hound.film on Instagram and this is just an early version of the poster.

- It looks nice, I think maybe you can try double exposure effect, also the you can lighten up the darks specially on his dark side just a bit, and the text spacing are not consisted
- I think at the moment, it looks like a book cover for a novel, but if you give it some kind of gritty filter or texture to some of the black e.g. something that suggests more of the setting for the film, the threat at large, attack marks on a surface etc (just me guessing what the film's about lol).
- I like it. Atmospheric. If I had one suggestion to improve it, it would be for the subject to have a more emotive expression (e.g. fear, anxiety, whatever), and for more of the face to be seen so we can see that expression. Well done!
