What tips would you give your customers/clients? Is there something that you feel like you're forever explaining or would make it easier?

- @Mike McCoole Oh this is a good one that I think a lot of people miss! Also, with photography when clients want the raw files, that are massive and don't look great. Do they REALLY need them and will they ever actually use them? Probaly not...
- Thinking about when I'm tying up brand jobs and releasing files; I always explain the difference between the formats I am sending them (EPS vs PNG, Single colour, Pantone vs RGB etc.) and also different printing methods and impact on lead times and price.
