What wires do I use for hanging installations?
I would like to do a ceiling suspended installation, I was wondering what types of hooks and wires I should be using for that. The piece is not too heavy but has some weight to it. Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you.

- For framed photos I usually use hanging wire/string. You can buy it from framers (and framing suppliers) it has a high weight tolerance, but ask the framer what they suggest!
- Hey! In my recent installation is suspended my piece by using the same wire/string that is used in washing lines. Hope this helps!!
- Hi Janice,You might be able to use thick fishing line depending on weight otherwise stainless steel hanging wire can hold fairly heavy pieces - quite cheap and easy to find on Amazon for example.Best wishes,Alicia
