WK London is looking for a freelance producer to help support and lead the in-house production department for the month of September.

Question

Job will entail overseeing multiple in-house editing jobs within the department, ensuring they are resourced properly and run smoothly. Editing projects include internal moodfilms, or social content. Bidding live action production shoots may also be involved, liasing with agency producers, account teams and creatives to provide budgets and timelines for small to large scale productions and acting as the lead in-house production producer.

Most importantly you are helping lead a team of editors and producers, ensuring all jobs that come into the department run smoothly, have the resource they need and is being delivered to brief and creative.

Experience working at a production company or agency producing shoots both large and small is essential, along with some offline and post-production experience. Looking for someone who is keen to get agency experience, you may be across multiple small projects, or producing 1 main bigger scale project while still needing to keep an eye on the departments jobs and well-being.

Important to note, we are not just looking for someone who can produce 1 big project, but someone who can be a team leader, adapt quickly and is open to jumping into the job even for just the short period of time.

Day Rate: dependant on experience
Must be within IR35, so can be flexible with rates.
