Join the BBC and Royal Albert Hall for an Insight Day! You'll have the chance to meet and talk with members from the BBC Proms and Royal Albert Hall teams who will share insights into putting together live Prom concerts and broadcasts.
The Insight Day will explore careers in live events, front-of-house, artistic planning, and broadcast. You'll have the opportunity to speak with team members from both organisations, learn more about their roles, and participate in speed networking and mentoring.
As a bonus, you'll receive a free ticket to attend a Prom that evening at 7:30pm: Reel Change – Soundtracks at the Cutting Edge. This is a deep dive into the hypnotic world of contemporary soundtracks with The London Contemporary Orchestra and Robert Ames.

Eligibility:
- Aged 18-30 (at the time of application)
- Living and educated in London.
- Priority is given to those living in the London boroughs of Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham or Waltham Forest – with emphasis on those who also went to school or college in one of these four boroughs.
- Individuals who are just starting to explore potential career pathways in the creative industries, with an interest in live music and/or Radio and TV Production.
We are particularly interested in hearing from young people from the global majority, from low-income backgrounds, and those who identify as Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent, and it is really important to us that there are no barriers to anyone applying for opportunities at Good Growth Hub.

About the Proms
The BBC Proms is a classical music festival held every summer at the Royal Albert Hall in London and in alternative venues across the UK. All concerts are live on BBC Radio 3 and many filmed for BBC television broadcast.
