About the Speaker
Based in Walthamstow, Laura is Head of Content Marketing at Ocado Retail. She’s also a twice published author – Taste the Infographic Book of Food, and most recently (last September) Rustle Up: One Paragraph Recipes for Flavour Without Fuss. She was previously a multi-channel food and drink journalist and editor for nearly 15 years – edited Crumbs and olive magazine, written for the Guardian and Metro.
