  • My role as Communications Designer is to design and iterate processes, templates and strategies for internal and external communications, delivering key messages to Beamly employees and current clients as well as future partners and stakeholders. I work with all the teams across Beamly to identify communication requirements and standardise process where possible. I develop design resources including social media guidelines, best practice guides, brand toolkits, reporting templates and decks that enable non designers to create on brand communications. - External marketing deliverables including trend reports, Beamly and Coty pitch materials, social media assets, case studies and brand assets. - Internal communications covered areas such as surveys, education and recruitment. - Implement, evolve and manage Beamly's Digital Asset Management software.

  • I was offered a job in Roomthree after graduation. It was a small team in a fast-paced studio in the heart of Dublin. I worked on projects for public and private sector clients and they both had their share of challenges and rewards. The work I did was varied, from branding and marketing, to print and web. I managed projects from the budget and briefing stage, right through to completion and delivery. Clients included: Bank of Ireland, Bord na Móna, Dublin Institute of Technology, Banking and Payments Federation of Ireland and Military Archives.
