Rupa Shah is Founder and Director of Hashtag Ad Consulting, a London firm that provides bespoke training on the advertising rules to influencer marketers. Hashtag Ad delivers expert advice, online and in-house workshops and influencer e-courses and audits on the global advertising rules, and Rupa has worked closely with influencers, agencies and top brands including MADE.COM and Benefit Cosmetics to promote compliance and protect their reputation.
Prior to founding Hashtag Ad, Rupa trained in law and worked at the Advertising Standards Authority. Now a member of CAP’s Promotional Marketing & Direct Response Panel, Klarna’s Influencer Panel and founding board member of the Global Influencer Marketing Advisory Board, Rupa maintains a close relationship with advertising regulatory bodies worldwide and has spoken at numerous international conferences about social media ethics and regulations.
