SILENT CONCERT (From 6pm)
"YMX is proud to announce a new chapter of their Silent Concert series, a hybrid physical + online event, hosting 4 undoubtedly talented acts showcasing all their artistic authenticity.
Joining us on the day we have:
Elphi: London based performer, singer and songwriter Elphi makes sonically complex and vocally beautiful pop which pulls the future into the present. Hyperpop Record's lead budding songstress has been described as 'asserting her own artistry with endless energy and attitude, and singling herself out as a huge talent to watch in the future' (OneSongEveryDay) after her latest single OMG was played by Josey Rebelle on Selector Radio. Working with the likes of recovery girl, Jonas LR and Maxo, Elphi is one to watch in 2021.
BSP: Always balancing between visual art and music, Brioni likes to define her creative process as ‘Synesthesia’. In her work, sounds and visuals are combined to entirely reflect her personal philosophies and inspirations, with the Water element carrying a pivotal position: it is malleability and solidity in equal measure, forming the crux of her subject-matter.
Mr Marcel: Will-I-Am meets Andrea 3000 in human form as Fantastic Mr Marcel, a British singer and songwriter. Marcel is well known for his hit classic “Build Your Heart A Wall”.
His music can be categorised as soul-pop and hip-hop Alternative. Mr Marcel's sound blends poetic lyricism and mellifluous, taking you higher with a beautiful vocal range. Heavily influenced by superheroes, He created a name that empowered him to be a confident singer, hence the name “Fantastic Mr Marcel”.
Daniel Etherton: London-based singer-songwriter, Daniel Etherton, combines pop sensibilities with meaningful lyrics to create his storytelling aesthetic. Excited by the constant evolution of music and its ability to connect people, Daniel refers to artists such as Daughter, Bon Iver, The XX and Bill Withers which he listened to whilst growing up. His emotionally charged music evokes the feeling of nostalgia intertwined with modern relatability.
YMX SIlent Concert provides an innovative format, where live music is delivered through a wireless headphones system, creating a relaxing yet engaging artistic performance. A full video and audio livestream will also be provided."
