Be among the first to experience Sym, the new light biofeedback device that visualises your breath to reduce stress and anxiety

About this event
Be among the first to experience Sym at this exclusive pre-launch event, part of the London Design Festival. Ahead of the official soft launch, this intimate gathering offers a unique opportunity to delve into the creative process behind Sym, the innovative light biofeedback device that visualises deep diaphragmatic breathing to alleviate stress and anxiety.
Join the founder, artist and designer Kira Zhigalina as she shares the inspirations, design history, and challenges that shaped this groundbreaking new product.
Using practical and embodied techniques gain insights into soma design and associated practices, debate the future of design and technology and its potential to impact wellbeing, and finally experience Sym and learn practical breathing techniques that can transform your wellness routine.
There will be opportunities to use Sym individually and in groups, play with our breath and synchronise patterns for magical light effects.
Don’t miss this chance to be one of the first to experience Sym before the official launch.
