A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE
The AGT reports to the Technologist/Senior Technologist on their department and is responsible for their own product area as well as supporting the team with administration tasks.
They are key to managing the critical path of each product and ensuring that each product meets our Boden quality standards.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Product developed in line with critical path and product is fully compliant
Supplier communication
Attends fit sessions to record comments and fit own product range
Set up and management of labelling and packaging BOMs
Issuing shipment sample comments
Assisting with AQL process
Administration of testing process (including chemical compliance)
Managing wearer trials and fabric development with supervision of seniors
Inputting customer facing information on website (bullet point and garment measurements)
Comp shopping and benchmarking – knowing Boden competitors
Presentation of product and feedback from product lockdown meetings
Achievement of fit returns target for product area and input to returns analysis
Review customer reviews for own product on a weekly basis
THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree or equivalent or relevant experience/qualification
Some retail or administrative experiences
Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Some knowledge of pattern and garment construction
Some knowledge of yarns/fabrics
