We’re seeking an Associate Talent Manager to join our team. Reporting to the British Associate Talent Director, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, cross-functional and international team in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with British and global commercial teams to develop and support bespoke talent strategies for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent and talent managers, staying informed about all levels of local market talent, from micro-influencers to top-tier celebrities.
Source, scout, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns and White Label client campaigns.
Identify talent that matters to the Conde Nast audience across entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, fitness, tech, etc.
Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production.
Negotiate favourable talent fees on behalf of Condé Nast and its clients.
Support the Global TTG teams with local market knowledge and act as a local market hub for the global team.
Pitch and present talent to clients and agency partners.
Assist in leading and executing the talent pre-sale process while collaborating with the pre-sale team to track progress, identify at-risk opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
Help craft and organise decks for client and agency partner presentations as well as any internal TTG promotional materials.
Commercial experience working directly with talent and agencies or in talent management.
Extensive knowledge and invested interest in the talent landscape e.g. who is trending, upcoming projects, previous brand partnerships, general fee structure and representation.
Deep interest and understanding of the social media landscape and how to interpret data for clients.
An enthusiastic individual who can work independently while effectively contributing to a larger team.
Excellent personal time management ensuring the ability to work to tight deadlines.
