Your impact sends ripples
The Transformation Management Office is responsible for ITV’s ongoing transformation, on behalf of the Management Board. We work with teams from all across ITV, driving the delivery of programmes and making sure we’re prioritising the people side too.
This pivotal role will have full ownership of programme communications, ensuring alignment across all impacted audiences, including senior leadership, project sponsors, and a diverse range of end users. In addition to these responsibilities, they will own and manage the change champion network, ensuring effective engagement throughout the transformation. The successful candidate will steer the creation of high-quality, targeted communications across various formats, ensuring consistency with ITV’s brand identity and tone. Additionally, they will provide support for wider change management activities.
Rights are the ‘stock in trade’ of ITV, the IP fundamental for the business to be able to maximise the value of its production, procurement, use and distribution of content. Rights have therefore been identified as a key enabler to delivering ITV’s more than TV strategy.
The RACS programme has been established to transform the way ITV systemises and exploits rights and how it manages and fulfils its financial obligations. It is a highly complex transformation programme that touches every part of ITV’s business and will drive significant transformation to processes, ways of working and technology over the coming years.
The Contract 360 Programme has been established to transform the way ITV manages its contracting process, including contract drafting, workflow tracking, contract signature and storage. Contract 360 is a transformation programme that aims to simplify the systems landscape by introducing a single new CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool, implement new processes, and introduce new ways of working to future proof both ITV’s Legal & Business (L&BA) Affairs team and the business as a whole. Change management and specifically adoption of the new tool and ways of working will be critical to this Programme’s success.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria) ...
Previous experience working in Communication Lead roles
Preferable: experience as a management consultant
Demonstrable experience in owning communications activity (development and delivery) on a transformation programme within a complex organisation
Experience in developing content in a variety of formats using different communication tools (including Google Suite)
Experience in working with innovative tools and being creative with the way technical content is presented
An ability to manage a delivery plan, including dependencies
Experience in working closely with and influencing senior stakeholders and programme sponsors
A proven ability to engage teams at all levels
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in the media industry is desirable
