Job Description :

Havas Play are looking for a Copy-led Creative Director to work on one of the agency's biggest accounts.
Writing and conceptual development will be your main skill set. Art direction and knowing what looks good is important, but we believe words are our biggest weapon to create the best work on this client
We’ll be looking to you to develop the vision for an idea and work with the team on delivering it, within the channels we have access to; social & digital (inc. social films), talent & influencer, experiential, TV. If you have experience in innovative technology - AR, VR, MR - that’s a great bonus.
We need a Creative Director that can develop culturally impactful work through the lens of sport and entertainment. You’ll be hands on in the role, writing the work and leading the team supporting you
  • Leads brainstorming / creative sessions, establish creative vision and provide hands-on direction while overseeing the creative process, guiding and collaborating as needed.
  • Works collaboratively to envision original and unexpected concepts, creating value for the Agency and our clients.
  • Translates client business and brand goals into innovative, meaningful and differentiated creative experiences.
  • Partners with clients and internal teams on business objectives and develop the appropriate creative vision, direction and execution.
  • Manages and mentors the creative team; drives innovation by introducing new ideas and inspiration to consistently produce excellent work.
  • Works closely with clients, team leads, and third-party vendors to determine scope of work.
  • Works with the Creative Resource Manager on resourcing and project management, including planning upcoming projects, and adjusting resources as necessary on current projects.
