  • Inputting information into tracking systems, creating schedules, and managing timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues proactively as they arise
  • Collaborating closely with the Director of Studio to tag-team on tasks, especially during periods of leave
  • Ensuring effective communication across the Creative Department and maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Supporting project meetings, collecting data on deliverables, and helping to refine processes for future briefs

What you will bring:

  • Strong project management experience, preferably within a creative environment
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A knack for building and maintaining strong relationships within cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The insight to identify when additional resources are needed and the confidence to arrange them
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Enthusiasm for promoting process improvements and supporting the team’s ongoing development
  • A keen attention to detail, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Confidence in working with colleagues at various levels of seniority, in various departments, maintaining MUBI’s high creative standards

We want to make cinema accessible to everyone. We believe people from different backgrounds bring different ideas that foster innovation and engagement, allowing us to attract great people to develop the best experience for our users.
