The Culture Coach Manager is responsible for scaling culture transformation through this product offering. This entails expertly utilising the product yourself while also developing and upskilling key communities within our business to leverage the product effectively, benefiting our Digital colleagues more rapidly.
Your role will involve engaging, developing, and coaching our HR colleagues and Culture Champions across the Digital business in our new Culture Coach Product Suite. You'll be designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enable these individuals to effectively utilise the suite, and effectively assess team dynamics and diagnose culture challenges within the teams they support, and implement strategies to address them.
What you’ll be doing
  • Design, develop, and deliver team effectiveness training programs tailored to the organisation's needs
  • Develop training materials, resources, and exercises to engage participants and promote active learning.
  • Provide guidance on conflict resolution strategies and assist teams in navigating and resolving interpersonal conflicts.
  • Continuously assess and refine training programs to ensure they align with the evolving people and culture objectives of the organisation.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the success of training initiatives.
  • Practice what you preach by working with our Digital teams, providing the types of interventions you’re training others in.
  • Accurately analyse data from the Culture Coach product, as well as other relevant sources when needed (such as colleague listening surveys), to identify cultural trends and issues.
Skills and experience
  • Proficient in coaching teams to improve their effectiveness and performance.
  • Skilled in developing and delivering training programs and associated materials.
  • Experienced in engaging and upskilling colleague communities.
  • Well-versed in senior stakeholder management.
  • Familiar with data analysis and storytelling through data.
  • Demonstrates high levels of data literacy and data analytical skills, understanding the importance of using insights and data to drive meaningful decisions.
