This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and creative Learning department.
We are looking for a Curator for the Schools and Teachers Programme who will work as part of a team with artists and partners to make a positive difference with and for all young people.
Working with Curators and Senior Learning Curators to oversee the day-to-day management of the team and to support the collaborative production of learning activities at Tate Modern and Tate Britain and online; you will focus on two connected programme strands: our Hyperlocal offer working with a partner school; and our Expanded Welcome, primarily supporting audiences with additional needs to benefit from the programme.
An excellent communicator, skilled at supporting collaborative team working; quick to take initiative; and able to manage the smooth running of a large and complex programme for young people and teachers.
As Curator, you will help steer a programme that values all that a young person brings - their ideas, curiosities and lived experience - to an encounter with art, supporting them to feel ownership, take agency and build meaning for themselves.
