The Display & Social media team is responsible for the growth and continuous improvement of an industry leading programme of digital marketing across display, social, programmatic, VOD and mobile media. What I need to do

Budget Management & Reporting

  • Refine our reporting approach as requirements change over time to cover the ‘right’ metrics and not all available metrics (e.g. viewability and time-in-view vs CTR).
Project Management
  • Support the Display & Social Media Lead in planning and delivering a pipeline of dedicated media projects that will help to fuel continuous growth and performance.
  • Maintain a record of learnings that are shared broadly across the team.
  • Initiate projects that test the fundamentals of media such as ad creative, ad length, formats etc.
  • Work closely with brand and Ecommerce teams to build tests and report back the results.
  • Work closely with media partners such as Google and Facebook to ensure we are adhering to their best practices in display and programmatic marketing.
How I will succeed
