The Role
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious project manager to join our Corporate Philanthropy team based in London.  The role involves working closely with senior stakeholders across our global team as well as business partners and office committee representatives around the world to advance our global employee engagement initiatives; drive strategic reporting on our global program for senior management and provide additional support on bespoke projects related to our wider External Relations objectives and led by the Global Head of Corporate Philanthropy.
Reporting into the Global Initiatives and Alignment Team Leader, the successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and consistently demonstrate a collaborative approach.  They will possess a data-driven mindset, superb stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of designing and delivering high impact global projects.  They must be able to identify the opportunities and navigate the challenges that come with managing projects and relationships across geographies and business units, including compliance and logistical considerations as well as cultural nuances.
You will be responsible for:
  • Elevating our global employee engagement initiatives to meet evolving business objectives
  • Identifying synergies across projects, geographies and business units to effectively and efficiently drive progress on a range of global initiatives
  • Producing a range of reports that demonstrate the business benefit and social impact of our global program to senior management
  • Researching and creating content in relation to our global program
  • Building strong relationships across our global team and with key business partners and office committee representatives around the world
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge and understanding of our program and the associated data
You'll need to have:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in project management in a relevant field, such as corporate social responsibility or employee engagement;
  • Knowledge of the financial industry and philanthropic landscape;
  • Exceptional project management skills;
  • A creative and innovative approach with an eye for detail;
  • The ability to synthesize large volumes of information;
  • Proficiency in data analysis, impact reporting and administration;
  • Effective collaboration skills, working well independently and as part of a team;
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude, working well under pressure and to deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills, enjoying regular interaction with people and delivering compelling presentations and written communications;
  • The ability to make sound judgements and act with discretion;
