Support debt and equity funding projects and other projects that affect capital structure as the day-to-day finance lead, including leading on work streams such as modelling, information memorandum preparation and due diligence.
  • Partner with Group CEO, CFO & Strategy leads as well as advisors to structure, negotiate, and complete funding rounds and/or financings.
  • Partner closely with teams in strategic and operational finance, accounting and tax in a global role.

  • Experience building and maintaining financial models.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
  • Experience or exposure to board and investor reporting and financial presentations.
  • You should be credible at a senior level (internally and externally) and be able to run deal processes with a degree of autonomy.
  • Experience in capital structure and fundraising processes is necessary, with ECM and/or DCM experience in public and/or private capital markets.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, including banks and/or credit rating agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, high ambiguity environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
