This role will be instrumental in transforming the culture in Business. It will move towards a culture that is more customer-obsessed, collaborative, and with a greater performance edge. The role will work collaboratively with specialisms across HR and in lockstep with the business, bringing in cutting-edge best practices and insights to deliver sustainable change. Additionally, the role will be accountable for ensuring the voice of our global colleague base influences our processes and decision-making, empowering leaders to drive positive change in the colleague experience.
What you’ll be doing
  • Act as a culture consultant to projects/programs/process designers to maximise the impact of change across the organisation.
  • Innovate and experiment with best-in-class ways to drive the cultural shift we desire, encompassing all elements of the people agenda.
  • Deliver an always-on approach to gathering external best practices, identifying disruptive ideas to shift the dial in Business.
  • Support and manage the HRBP community to influence the delivery of local change to bring EVP to life.
  • Support the building of the ecosystem of interventions needed to deliver the target culture and agree on the ownership of these to progress effectively, with hands-on ownership of critical stakeholder relationships and project delivery. Specifically, work closely with other specialists (e.g., learning, performance, leadership, talent, skills) to build an integrated program that makes sense as a whole and drives our culture & EVP shifts.
  • Support the development of the engagement strategy for Business, proactively managing the ecosystem of listening surveys (YourSay, lifecycle surveys, exit surveys, etc.) to build actionable insights to improve the colleague experience, including consideration of the different needs of underrepresented groups.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end engagement cycle of Your Say and any Pulse surveys as required, always testing the value add.
  • Be a key conduit into the group engagement community, representing the views of Business and influencing the direction.
  • Manage projects in collaboration with team members in the leadership, talent, performance, and culture team, with a particular focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, leadership development, cultural change, and high performance.
Skills and experience
  • Subject matter expertise: Experience in designing and leading culture/leadership interventions.
  • Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes. Deep HR specialist subject matter expertise, preferably in culture change.
  • Experience of delivering HR change/transformation in a large complex global organisation.
  • Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making.
