Description

Role Purpose:
To offer key support to the Wholesale Account Managers, Wholesale Export Manager and Merchandiser.

Head of International

Key Accountabilities:
Administration
  • Maintain and update the Master Product Data file.
  • Place customer orders on the system and issue order acknowledgements
  • Responsible for creating new SKUs on the system for wholesale specific items
  • Record and update customer information and pricing on the system
  • Assist and support the Wholesale Coordinator with the international labelling process
  • Issue purchase orders and credit notes when requested
  • Maintain and update the Credit Note Tracker
  • Issue accurate sales invoices to all customers
  • Raise no charge and sample orders, despatch and track samples and business materials.
  • Liaise with finance regarding overdue payments under the supervision of the International Accounts Manager
  • Raise no charge and sample orders, despatch and track samples and business materials.
  • Updating team documents (e.g. despatch tracker) with order information and making sure all orders are invoiced on despatch.
  • Assist and support the International team with product data requests
  • Log all customer product claims, producing a report at the end of each month to be shared with our warehouse
Role Specific Criteria (Experience/Behaviours/Technical Ability)
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in a demanding administration role
  • Demonstrate ability to manage a high workload and multi-task in a busy, demanding environment
  • Proven experience of managing tasks through to a set deadline – demonstrate ability to record and track tasks with multiple steps
  • Ability to work within a broader context, understanding how the administration role interacts and impacts on the department
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Show resilience and be able to manage up
  • Excellent time management skills to deal with a high workload at times
  • Robust experience of the CRM systems and processes and reporting mechanisms to enable a function that is growing and maturing at speed
  • Digitally savvy
  • An ability to challenge, build credibility with a wide range of audiences and work with integrity/confidentiality at all times
