Maintain and update the Master Product Data file.
Place customer orders on the system and issue order acknowledgements
Responsible for creating new SKUs on the system for wholesale specific items
Record and update customer information and pricing on the system
Assist and support the Wholesale Coordinator with the international labelling process
Issue purchase orders and credit notes when requested
Maintain and update the Credit Note Tracker
Issue accurate sales invoices to all customers
Raise no charge and sample orders, despatch and track samples and business materials.
Liaise with finance regarding overdue payments under the supervision of the International Accounts Manager
Raise no charge and sample orders, despatch and track samples and business materials.
Updating team documents (e.g. despatch tracker) with order information and making sure all orders are invoiced on despatch.
Assist and support the International team with product data requests
Log all customer product claims, producing a report at the end of each month to be shared with our warehouse
Proven experience in a demanding administration role
Demonstrate ability to manage a high workload and multi-task in a busy, demanding environment
Proven experience of managing tasks through to a set deadline – demonstrate ability to record and track tasks with multiple steps
Ability to work within a broader context, understanding how the administration role interacts and impacts on the department
