The Role…
Soho House are looking for a detail obsessed Junior Product Owner to join our fast-paced team and support the digital innovation of Soho Home. Supporting the Retail Digital Product Owner, you’ll help to drive our product roadmap, ensuring our products align with our brand values and strategic vision. You’ll be able to work cross-functionally, work on multiple concurrent projects, helping to deliver features and functionality in an agile way. Assisting in bringing ideas to life on Soho Home in partnership with internal teams and our external development resource, you’ll play a critical role in planning and executing our digital roadmap.
Main Duties…
  • Support with the scope and delivery of a wide range of digital roadmap initiatives
  • Work with internal stakeholders from retail and group functions to define projects that require development resources
  • Translate the development roadmap into epics and user stories, working with our external development agency from concept to delivery, including requirement gathering and project planning
  • Help manage the product backlog to prioritise tickets and deliver new features and functionality on time
  • Use data analytic tools and results from AB tests to inform the prioritisation of tasks
  • Work closely with our Stores to evolve functionality on our point of sale & stock system to improve member and customer experience
  • Ensure bugs are escalated appropriately and resolved swiftly
  • Effectively communicate project and task statuses to the wider team
  • Complete testing, feedback, validation and release of all new digital functionality
  • Create evolving test plans to ensure all developments are fit for deployment
  • Perform internal testing and coordinate user acceptance testing with peers and stakeholders
  • Create clear and effective documentation and delivery training to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For…
  • Demonstrable product experience within a fast-paced ecommerce environment
  • Experience working across operational projects for example Finance, Reporting, POS, Warehouses and third-party integrations
  • Experience working with Jira to manage development backlogs and projects
  • Awareness of agile methodologies
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, loves to help and is naturally solution and resolution focused
  • Have the ability to multitask and prioritise, being equally comfortable working under own initiative and working with peers and stakeholders
  • Be able to break down technical challenges to manageable tasks and be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using Google Analytics, and Content Square beneficial
Desirable…
  • Experience working with POS systems and integrations
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
