The marketing and events assistant will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the marketing function of Soho House’s luxury interiors brand, Soho Home.
Supporting different marketing channels, including social, events, content, and partnerships, they will help come up with creative new ideas and be influential in making them a reality.
This role requires a super organised self-starter, who can juggle multiple projects and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A love of interiors is key.

Soho Home is a modern homewares brand designed for relaxed, sociable living. With more than 25 years of design heritage, our ranges are created to mirror the look and feel of our Soho Houses around the world. Soho Home is an interiors collection from Soho House that includes furniture, lighting, tableware, and accessories created for, and inspired by the Houses.
Supporting the Communications Manager on delivery of all marketing and brand communications.. Including: Member and customer communications; content planning; social media; retail & wholesale; brand partnerships; events & activations; trade marketing.
Managing the marketing and production critical path to ensure all deadlines are met across different teams and everyone is aligned on key milestones.
Support the Social Media Manager on management of the Soho Home social channels. Including delivery of Pinterest, and ongoing community management.
Identify new talent partnerships for us to work with. Member and talent liaison and look book creation
Work with the marketing manager to deliver UK events calendar across our physical retail locations and in our Soho Houses for members.
Liaise with stores teams on new customer initiatives and seasonal campaign briefings
Providing admin and project management support to ensure all communications are delivered on time, on brand and deliver against commercial and brand success.
Monitor competitors, events and trends to develop general industry knowledge

2+ years in retail marketing and communications
Preferred experience or passion for the interiors and beauty industry
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to meet deadlines sufficiently with strong prioritisation skills
Combine creative and commercial thinking
Project and critical path management
Basic knowledge of creative and production process
