HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Operational Digital Expertise:
Management of the performance and development of digital acquisition channels including but not restricted to – Paid Search (Google, Bing, Yahoo! etc.), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LINE etc.), Display (GDN, Teads etc.), Affiliates (Rakuten) and SEO (working with ecom + EMC team across 5 markets) - this includes managing resources, budgets, content & assets syndication, optimising workflows, and ensuring that all operational activities contribute to the company’s growth objectives
Campaign Optimisation:
Lead the design and implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns, ensuring they are continuously optimised for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Channel Responsibilities:
  • Paid Search & Shopping
  • Paid Social
  • SEO
  • Affiliates
  • Display marketing
  • Weekly, Monthly Quarterly Reporting
  • Invoicing
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • Proven experience in growth-focused roles (if possible in fashion/ luxury industries) with experience within digital marketing and media, ecommerce and data analytics.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work cross-functionally in a diverse environment and across geographies working with internal and external partners.
  • Highly numerical and strong analytical skills, comfortable with daily, weekly, monthly performance reporting and able to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Hands-on, organised, and detail-oriented while not losing sight of the big picture – both a thinker as well as a doer with tactical and strategic experience.
