The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Programme has been established to transform the way ITV manages its contracting process, including contract drafting, workflow tracking, contract signature and storage. CLM is a transformation programme that aims to simplify the systems landscape by introducing a single new CLM tool, implementing new processes, and introducing new ways of working to future proof both ITV’s Legal & Business (L&BA) Affairs team and the business as a whole.
The PMO is responsible for supporting the CLM Programme’s programme management function by providing administrative support, tracking the programme’s progress, monitoring KPIs and ensuring programme documentation is up to date. Reporting to the CLM Programme Director, the PMO will also work closely with the Programme team and support the Workstream Leads to ensure the wider programme is delivered on time, within budget and delivers business value.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
MUST have knowledge and experience of working with CLM or Legal Ops
Proven experience as a PMO on a transformation programme
Experience with project management tools and softwares (Smartsheet experience preferable)
Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent Google slides presentation/ Google suite skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and provide insights to support decision making

Able to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, and can manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Excellent attention to detail
Great communicator with an ability to build and influence relationships
