Are you an experienced project manager with knowledge of arts, culture and the creative industries? Can you work independently whilst balancing multiple activities and take ownership of projects through to delivery? Are you meticulous in your work, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail and data? Are you a personable relationship-builder who can contribute to a sense of belonging for voices from historically underrepresented or excluded groups?
We are looking for a Project Manager to facilitate the operations of the planning, development and execution of a large-scale feasibility study at the RSC centred on historically underrepresented voices, exploring the future of creative practice and the development of a permanent centre. As the first-line point for communication for our ambitious programme of innovation, research and creative projects, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of complicated projects involving multiple internal and external international stakeholders.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
Significant project management experience with an adaptive and proactive approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to deliver project outputs to deadlines
Ability to keep meticulous records, provide data and reporting to stakeholders
Financial awareness and budgetary responsibility
Excellent literacy in MS Office and a willingness to adopt other productivity software.
Managing team members
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position based in either Stratford-upon-Avon or London, with some travel required. Remote working also considered. Whilst flexible working arrangements are possible throughout most of the year, the role is to be based at our Stratford-upon-Avon campus during in-person gatherings annually (currently planned for approximately 10-14 days in July 2025).
You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required around key events and stages of delivery
