Loose Women is looking for a talented Senior Producer to join our dedicated and passionate team. Loose Women is Britain’s longest-running Daytime talk show and kick-starts the conversation for our million-plus viewers across the UK.
A Senior Producer on Loose Women must know the topics that will get our audience talking and be able to source interesting, unique and never-seen before news stories before they break anywhere else.
They will have an understanding of our women and be able to pitch topics that will both engage and entertain the viewers.
The ideal candidate will be able to turn current affairs, showbiz, human interest and hard news stories into compelling debates, knowing just how to strike that delicate balance between light and shade on a show.
This is a great opportunity to work with the senior team to generate original ideas. You will also be required to act up as Showrunner on occasion to assist with the output of the programme.
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with PRs and talent to ensure the best content is featured on the show.

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
At least two Producer credits and showrunning experience
Journalistic background and experience of working in a live news environment
Previous experience of live daytime television is desirable
Experience of managing teams and budgets effectively
Understanding of compliance guidelines and OFCOM regulations
A flexible approach to work (you will be working to a shift pattern which will include weekends and bank holidays on occasion)
