We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Pricing team in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise's mission
Your mission
Your mission will be to lead the Pricing Delivery Team, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of pricing, taxes, and discounts to our global users. You will be responsible for effective communication of pricing to Wise customers and enhancing the customer pricing experience across Wise and Wise Platform.
Job Description
Your role
Manage and continuously improve the efficiency of the end-to-end process for price and tax change management globally, ensuring seamless updates across Wise.com and the Wise Platform
Lead the onboarding of new features and partners into the pricing systems, integrating them effectively into our existing pricing structure.
Onboard product changes to the pricing engine safely and quickly and build strong controls around the process
Continually monitor pricing delivery efficiency and accuracy
Develop more effective ways to communicate Wise pricing to our customers across all our products globally
Oversee the full customer communication cycle and product compliance, and own our public pricing assets
Be responsible for the development and refinement of the business critical internal tooling for the commercial pricing teams, ensuring these tools meet our business needs and compliance standards

Qualifications
A bit about you
You are a seasoned product manager with a track record of navigating complex and ambiguous environments and doing what’s necessary to mitigate risks and drive growth
You’re hands on, don’t stick to a “by the book” product management role definition, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful.
You get it done by thinking strategically and executing tactically.
You are a skilled stakeholder manager and enthusiastic communicator who’s good at prioritising across multiple problem spaces and communicating your
decisions convincingly.
You are data-driven but also have understanding and empathy for your customers and can quickly identify the problems worth solving, communicating your rationale with data rather than assumptions
Experienced in working with engineers, managing backend services and you are comfortable navigating technical and analytical challenges.
Beneficial, but NOT mandatory experience
Experience of building data and process controls and working in operational context - in scale-ups and bigger orgs
Prior experience working in Pricing, FP&A and Finance teams
Experience with using SQL
