Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for you to join the London Film School as our Short Courses Programme Manager. You will take responsibility for the successful design and delivery of a range of year-round training programmes for LFS Short Courses. Working with the Head of New Business & Training plus other school departments, you will respond to industry and consumer need and demand by identifying new courses and tutors, and manage our existing programme. You will be responsible for producing the course schedule and programme, ensuring that the relevant spaces on site or online are agreed and secured.  You will also oversee recruitment and booking onto courses, ensuring all reporting is undertaken as needed.
An important part of the role is to provide support for our network of tutors and workshop participants, acting as a key representative for the LFS brand, ensuring that the highest standards of customer service, presentation and delivery are adhered to.
The annual programme of workshops will include summer and holiday programmes which may include our two existing intensive summer schools.  We would expect you to play a key role in devising new holiday workshop provision.
The post holder will lead on the marketing and promotion of the short course programme, taking ownership over the design and maintenance of the website, the monthly newsletter and social media. This successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing regular programme budgets, financial performance reports, records of funding and expenditure for the head of department and finance.
You should have excellent administrative and communication skills and possess foresight and a keen eye for detail.
