In a nutshell
This role will support the Social Media Lead to manage our Tu Clothing organic social media channels and our influencer programme.
What you need to do
  • Publish organic, campaign, always on and reactive communications across all social channels, in line with the brand strategy and customer plan.
  • Work with our in-house agency to create organic social content.
  • Maintain the brand’s social presence across platforms, ensuring profile pages, header images, pinned posts etc are up to date.
  • Ensure the brand acts in line with our social media governance guidelines, maintaining password security and access to accounts.
  • Liaise with the Customer Services team to ensure they are aware of upcoming social campaigns and how these may impact on customer communications via social channels.
  • Engage with our tagged mentions and user generated content.
  • Deliver some aspects of briefs set by the campaign team, for example creating tracking links, uploading creative to our social media tool (Sprout) or uploading content directly to social media platforms.
  • Support on aspects of our influencer programme, working with product teams to secure product nominations and signing off influencers with support from the campaign team.
  • Manage use of social media management software and tools.
  • Tracking, measurement, insight and reporting of social and influencer activity.
What you need to know and show
  • A deep understanding of social and have experience in creating successful content across both Instagram and Facebook.
  • Excellent project and cross-functional stakeholder management skills, ideally proven across brands/functions.
  • Experience of working with digital media, creative or influencer agencies.
  • Knowledge of social media tools and platforms (e.g. Sprout)
  • A passion for social media
  • Experience in using editing software e.g. Photoshop/Canva/Capcut to produce and edit content.
  • Self-motivated problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced environment being comfortable under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
