POSITION
POSITION: Talent Acquisition Intern
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: London based
REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Start Date: January 2025
PURPOSE
Support the Talent Acquisition & HR Team across Head office and Retail Recruitment related tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists on the recruitment process. This will include, screening, shortlisting and telephone interviewing candidates as and when required.
  • Post positions on Talentlink, LinkedIn and other sites where appropriate.
  • Arrange interviews and organise assessment centres for Head office roles
  • Support the retail teams with recruitment when needed.
  • Support with University Events for LVMH Beauty
  • Learn, develop and execute online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet-based resources, including LinkedIn
  • Arranging temps for the business when required
  • Working with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback
  • Delivering constructive and on-time feedback to candidates
  • Making the candidate experience enjoyable and positive regardless of the outcome
  • Support the delivery of the Intern communication, events and overall experience
ADMINISTRATION
  • Prepare Offer letters and Contracts for Intern hires
  • Ensure all relevant trackers are up to date and accurate – recruitment, Starters and leavers tracker, IT tracker and payroll tracker
  • Support on ad-hoc data requests
  • Coordinate and organise assessment centres
  • Reviewing job descriptions and writing compelling adverts for LinkedIn
OTHER
  • Support the HR & Recruitment team on any project related work when required
  • Supporting the HR team with delivering and coordinating Employee onboarding. This includes IT and HR inductions as well as arranging the two intern cohort induction days.
  • Utilise LinkedIn in to promote Employer branding initiatives for LVMH Beauty UK
  • Raise Purchase Orders (PO’s) for any HR expenses.
