Role Purpose
This role will focus on the development, implementation and embedding of our Talent Management processes & Talent Development programs - ensuring our values are embedded throughout.  This will enable us to identify, develop and retain talent to meet existing, future and changing business needs.  This will require working closely with stakeholders both across the business and the broader people team.
Key Accountabilities
  • Talent Development - this role will help to define our approach to talent development for our key talent pipelines (early career, management & leadership & high potential). This will include the design, delivery and where appropriate, management of 3rd parties.
  • Talent Management - this role will help define and embed our Talent Management processes including succession planning & identifying high potential talent.
  • Career Development & Skills - this role will contribute to the design and implementation of our approach to career development including training, tools and resources.
  • Coaching & Performance - this role will support our approach to performance management.  It will also support coaching including executive and senior leadership coaching where relevant.
  • Working in partnership across the broader People team, support our internal talent market.
  • Maintain external networks to ensure the business is aware of and up to date on talent trends and opportunities in the external market.
Requirements
  • Design and delivery of talent programs, ideally within a Financial Services / FinTech or high growth environment
  • Design and delivery of Talent Management processes including succession planning, high potential identification
  • Management of third party providers
  • Proven stakeholder management
  • Great communication skills
  • Psychometric qualification in Hogan & MBTI desirable

Following your application being reviewed, you can expect the below:
Stage 1 - 15 minute call with Talent Acquisition
Stage 2 - 1 hour with Senior People Partner and Head of Talent and Learning
Stage 3 - 1 hour with Chief People Officer and Head of People Partnering
