Department overview:
Wholesale is a fast-paced department, partnering with Department Stores, Independent Stores and online players to maximize sales and build strong partnerships. This includes reviewing existing and potential distribution opportunities, managing market periods, post-market activities and retail performance. The wholesale teamwork in close collaboration with planning, merchandising, retail customer service and finance to deliver business goals.
Who You Are:
Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail. Process-driven, methodical and agile, able to manage day-to-day and seasonal tasks simultaneously. A confident communicator who is comfortable presenting collections when required.  Passionate about fashion, immersing yourself in the brand, and products each season. Thrives working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tight deadlines and priorities
What You’ll Do:
Be responsible for supporting the Account Executive with Women’s Accessories, and sales across all DACH Online pure players, UK & Ireland stores
Weekly;
  • Generate and share weekly ATS stock reports to key accounts & monitor re-order requests
  • Manage re-orders & swaps for speciality accounts and assist with key accounts
  • Pull Key Account weekly sales data for AE’s review
  • Attend weekly Customer Service calls, highlighting any issues on deliveries etc.
  • Complete the Key Account Promo log
  • Adhoc & general email admin tasks, working alongside key internal departments to resolve and highlight any issues to AE’s.
Quarterly/Seasonally:
  • Prepare & distribute seasonal Marketing Assets to speciality accounts
  • Compile seasonal Cheat Sheets for in-store staff
  • Manage key account samples, including salesman sample orders
  • Assist the Showroom Coordination in London
  • Complete seasonal datasheets for all key accounts
  • Assist with image enquiries providing logins & instructions for the image portal
  • Maintain customer contact sheet
  • Keep the Order Types list updated for all divisions
  • Support on store visits
  • Maintain existing distribution file and mapping
  • Light Box Priority list
  • Collate WACC & WFTW Quarterly door count
  • Create a Product Knowledge Pack for key accounts / Facilitate training sessions
Market:
  • Organising Market Appointments for all accounts according to Market Diary and log.
  • Complete Market Restrictions file
  • Ensure all accounts receive relevant market communications and materials, and follow up post appointments.
  • Presenting New Seasonal collection to select speciality accounts and assisting key account appointments.
  • Ensure all orders are received by the deadline, and orders entered and added to the tracker.
  • Collate feedback during appointments and relay back to AE & Director
  • Keep customers informed of changes during and post-market (price, style code, material, delivery window)
  • Assist AE with checking of Booking Reports
  • Assisting the Showroom Coordinator with sample logging & showroom set-up
You’ll Need to Have:
  • Wholesale experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • A good understanding of Wholesale ideally within a Fashion Retail environment
  • Efficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
